Community
Fellowship

We will be talking about, singing about, and thinking about Peace-Joy-Community and The King of Kings. We hope our Sunday services and our week-long calendar can be of help to you and your family.

Our ChurchLife Values

  • Because we value the completeness of God: Father, Son, Holy Spirit and what it means to serve Him in this present age, we celebrate our responsibilities as the Church of Jesus Christ  here in our local community and as members of His worldwide community. We commit and endeavor to faithfully serve our Savior, Lord, and King. We are living out the glory of John 3:16 so that our love for Him and one another is healing and compelling; we are a community of believers living a Christ-Centered existence

    John 13:35

  • (THE STORY OF GOD AND MANKIND)

Because we so value the written Word of God, we prayerfully and thoughtfully plan around the preaching and teaching of the Word. We value learning to properly understand God’s Word to be dependable communicators of eternal truth both in words and behavior. We encourage personal and group Bible reading and study, in order to help Christians and seekers to become healthy and mature followers of Jesus Christ.

  • We value personal and collective worship and fellowship. We understand their importance to Him and vitality for us. We know that scripture teaches us that consistent praise and adoration of the great I AM is good! And, we thoughtfully cultivate healthy and inspirational worship events; such as prayerfully crafted Sunday services, prayer gatherings, etc. Being led by the Holy Spirit to be always biblical and always wise.

  • We value one another because God has assigned us, all of us, supreme value.  This was manifested by Him sending His only Son to redeem all mankind. He demands that we consider one another in the same manner that He does! He commands us to love, be devoted to, build up, accept, admonish, care for, be likeminded toward, be patient with, comfort, teach, bear with, encourage, stir up, pray for, confess faults to, show hospitality to, speak in music to, and look to the interests of ONE ANOTHER.

  • Because we value stewardship & beauty, we are establishing a continued plan and schedule (to include thoughtful maintenance) for making  Stillmeadow inviting, pleasant, beautiful, and comfortable. Stillmeadow is a place of refuge, refreshment & inspiration representative of the Glory of our wondrous & welcoming GOD.

  • Our City is Baltimore

Throughout history, God seems to place great emphasis on urban dwelling places. We join Him in loving this city. We utilize wisdom from above and our collective power to consistently and creatively engage in good works. We reflect the biblical image of a City On A Hill by endeavoring to be a blessing to all around us. We carefully marshal our human and economic resources to benefit communities and shine glory on the message of redemption.

  • Because we value God, His word, worship, one another, the impact of stewardship and beauty, and the city of Baltimore, we consider Stillmeadow  PeacePark a clear and singular gift from above! Our development of our 10+ acres of walking paths, meditation stations, pond/stream, gardens, and apiary all provide opportunity for nature exploration, meditation/contemplation, and various types of fellowship. Training and education for all ages have become a normal practice in the PeacePark. We have discovered the joy of bringing what happens inside the church outside, while bringing the wonder & appreciation of God’s creation inside. Additionally, there is the ongoing privilege of partnership with a wide array of sister churches, nonprofits, corporations, and government entities.

But, the main purpose of the PeacePark is to promote a “creation-connected” focus on spiritual health to include spiritual disciplines (such as prayer, gratitude, silence), physical discipline, and communion. The result of all this activity is ordained in

Matthew 5:13-14  “In the same way let your light so shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” The proceeding verse reads; “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”

Family Vision Statement

Stillmeadow Community Fellowship is a family of believers devoted to being faithful disciples and committed to reaching our neighborhood with the healing love of Christ.

  • Our Aim ►

  • We aim to help one another in every aspect of life, here at Stillmeadow Community Fellowship.

  • Through Christ, our goal is to improve the quality of life for each and every member.

  • And thereby impact our community by sustained kindness, thoughtfulness and creative helpfulness.

  • Answering the question "why?" with the simple truth: "I am doing for others what Jesus has done for me”!

  • If you spend any time around us you will find us to be painfully human.

  • But if you stay to get to know any of our stories, you will end up convinced that only God could have transformed us from what we were.

“HE always makes truth & wisdom available. Our challenge is how we cooperate in courage with truth. This short video offers relationship revolution for the tribes of the USA (that is; the folks who in this country call Jesus Lord). We heartily recommend you view this video multiple times with a heart of humility.”
